Mr. Ernst is a constant beam of positive energy for the staff, students, and families of Southwest. He is frequently in the hallways welcoming people and sharing jokes. He has fostered a strong connection with post-secondary options, allowing our students the chance to explore many paths forward. He also serves as our NCAA compliance expert, allowing many students to continue to pursue their athletic passions at the collegiate level. We greatly value his insight and experience as the leader of our counseling team.
