Kristy Williams has been a special education paraeducator at Maxey for the past 15 years. She has worked with numerous students one-on-one and also in small groups. She has also worked with many different teachers and teams during her tenure.

Kristy's love for children is evident every single day she is at school. No matter how challenging the situation, Kristy is calm and kind. She models professionalism as she navigates through the work she does with special needs students. Kristy works well with all teams. She is a positive contributor and also follows directions to a tee.

Kristy is a leader among our group of paraeducators. She inspires others through her positivity and dedication to the students at Maxey. Kristy will be retiring this year and we are so thankful for the 15 years she has given to the Maxey community.

We are pleased to nominate Kristy Williams for this year's Inspire award.
