2021 Inspire Award Winners

Holly Kutschkau

Meadow Lane Elementary
Art Specialist
Nominated By: Principal Daniele Schulzkump

Holly is a human that embraces growth, development, and feedback. She is continuously on a journey to better understanding of herself and others. She genuinely loves all humans and connects at such a deep level. Holly has become a cultural pillar in our building as she assists others in reflection and motivation. Holly gives so much of herself every day for others. She mentors students while coaching colleagues. Her ability to see the purest of intentions from those around is unique and hard to harness. Holly is also a leader in the district. She mentors other art specialists while providing assistance in instruction. She leads her field in innovation and technology. Holly's commitment to her field can be seen on a daily basis in her classroom, through district staff development, and in videos utilized throughout our remote learning experience. Holly's perspective on life is to just plain love the skin you are living in. When that fails, find a good blog, podcast, book, or faith to lead you into a mindset that makes this life worth living. She continues to challenge us all to think beyond what is right now and into where it might be. Every building needs a Holly!
