Without being asked, Paula has put in countless hours to the betterment of Pound including, but certainly not limited to: volunteering as a tour guide at 5th to 6th grade nights, updating and replacing expectation posters throughout the building, as well as personally copying, pasting and sending hundreds of messages written by Pound parents as e-cards of encouragement to their student's email.

Additionally, Paula's colleagues consider her exemplary in her accountability and dependability as a teacher and co-worker. She regularly covers classes, supports in points of transition throughout the school day monitoring school wide procedures and helping by creating/sharing resources and leading staff development.

Paula is an inspiration to all at Pound Middle School!
