Megan knows students and families so well. She provides families, teachers, students with all the tools to be successful in school. She advocates for materials needed for students with different abilities and never gives up that fight to get what they need. A true leader and a great co-worker to learn from. Megan spends so much time outside of the contract hours working to make sure things are in place for students. She wants to see them succeed. She is so patient and kind with them. Megan is always takes on extra duties for the team. She often takes on more in order to do what is best for students. She puts students needs first and is always thinking outside of the box to get students' needs met!
