Payton Skurka
Hello! My name is Payton Skurka and I’m looking forward to working with all your kiddos this summer. First, here’s a little about me. I am currently a Student at University Of Nebraska- Lincoln receiving a bachelor degree in August 2026 in Human Development and Family Sciences with a minor in sociology, my family is from Chicago but lives in Florida now! In my free time, I like to go on walks with my dog Sunny, she is a mini goldendoodle. I also like to go flying with my boyfriend who is a pilot. I love to shop and hangout with my family, especially my niece and nephew Lyla and Liam. Second, My teaching beliefs are to always show the kids how to be respectful, talk to someone when they are struggling and to prepare them for the future. I want the kids I work with to be successful and to show what they learn at family service at home and even to know that we are always here for them even during the school days.
