Megan is a talented and passionate educator. Her dedication to her students and commitment to help them make progress on their individual goals is an inspiration. She takes on the extra responsibility of setting the schedules for our team of 8 para educators who work with our Life Skills program, planning for support for the students in the life skills classroom, and in their grade level classroom so that they can be a successful part of their classroom community. She is positive and supportive of her team and staff. She is quick to offer help when she can, and engages in important problem-solving conversation about the students she serves. She teams with families to ensure that her students make strides toward their goals at school and in life. She is an encouragement and makes all of us better.
