Rachel does a fantastic job of holding students accountable and keeping high standards while also building supportive relationships and creating an engaging classroom. This year, she has also been essential to helping support our remote learners through her technology leadership, preparing chrome books for remote learners, and teaching other staff members how to use different technology tools to engage learners.
Ms. Fyfe has been one of the most helpful and hard-working colleagues I've known. She not only serves as our building's tech rep., communicating regular updates, information, and available resources with absolute clarity, but she is also willing to help anyone with anything else, without sacrificing her own classroom priorities. This shows amazing time management. I have collaborated with her on creating lessons and identifying specific student needs and I know she goes an extra mile for everyone and inspires me to do my best job--because she proves it's possible and she is remarkable at it. Ms. Fyfe is an inspiring colleague and teacher, and deserves this recognition.
