Ella comes to school each day with a positive attitude and has a strong work ethic, persisting on projects, even when they are tough for her. Ella gives her best effort on every single thing she does, from Math practice to singing or performing in the band. Her overall positive attitude and hard work is almost certainly noticed by her classmates and teachers alike.
Ella welcomes academic challenges and encourages classmates to do the same. Her intrinsic motivation has helped her grow so much over her academic career. She consistently shows appropriate skills for learning, relationships, and problem solving. Ella always goes above and beyond. She picks up concepts well and is always an active class participant.
Ella is a leader among her peers based on her maturity level and work ethic. She leads by example and inspires her peers to work just as hard and live with the same positive mindset. Ella's positive energy, bright and cheery personality, kind heart and infectious attitude make Kahoa a better place!
