When I hear the word Inspire, there's one person that comes to mind, Mrs. Susie Kinsey. She inspires me to want to be a better educator everyday and inspires children to become better readers. She is the most dedicated, hard working, caring and positive person. Her love for educating children just radiates off of her. I have seen children who weren't able to read alongside their peers, and her work with them brought them up to grade level. I have learned so much from her as well as so many children. I am so grateful to have Susie as co-worker, teammate and friend. She makes Calvert a better place!
