Jen always goes above and beyond to help Humann families. Jen is seen doing everything she can to partner with families and work one-on-one with them to make sure Humann's preschool team is helping our students the best way we can. Jen truly partners with families and makes sure that every student no matter their capabilities has a voice. She is an advocate for AAC devices and sign language and teaches her teammates daily the best way to help all students.

Jen truly cares for her coworkers and is invested in helping each one the best way she can. Thus, whenever things feel a little overwhelming, her team knows they can count on Jen to jump in and help. Jen is a delight to be around and boosts the overall morale of all Humann staff. Jen makes a true impact on the students she serves and is great at what she does.

Jen's positivity makes even the hard days brighter. Jen communicates frequently with families and truly does whatever she can to help support both them and the staff who work with them. Jen is great at problem-solver and will always jump in where she can. Jen also is great at spreading joy and kindness throughout Humann with staff and is always one who is willing to help anyone in need.
