Ashley is the glue to our school! She is the biggest cheerleader for students, staff, and Sheridan school. As she listens to students, staff, and families she can quickly develop strengths, needs, and action steps to help support each student or staff member have the tools or support needed for success.

Ashley is a connector within our Sheridan community. She develops positive relationships with students, staff, and families to help everyone feel valued and loved within the school community.

Ashley is task-orientated. If something needs to be done, she can quickly and efficiently bring ideas into action. Need a plan for a student? Done! Need a lunch order for our whole staff? Done! Need resources for testing, learning, or planning? Ashley has a solution and will dig in to help bring ideas to action instantly. Ashley's tasks are centered around teaching, learning, and deep care for individuals as she supports the whole person in helping them be successful.

We appreciate Ashley. Her leadership helps us to all be successful. She inspires us and love working alongside her at Sheridan!
