Betsy is a critical part of the Belmont Family! As our instructional coach, Betsy has a critical impact on our school by supporting teachers. Betsy meets with all new teachers multiple times a month. She provides them with feedback, will co-teach, will help plan lessons, will brainstorm strategies, or just be a listening ear. She helps not only new teachers, but any teacher that wants to grow and increase their skillset. Betsy builds strong relationships with staff and students. She is positive and works tirelessly to make Belmont a wonderful place for everyone. Betsy is constantly learning and sharing her knowledge with new staff. She is dedicated to powerful instruction and an important part of Belmont. We are proud to have Betsy be our 2023-2024 Inspire Award!
