Jorge has been a leader throughout the building. As an ELL student, he has to work extra hard. He is a role model for his fellow classmates. He is constantly encouraging his peers to listen and do their best in a respectful way. When he first came to us last year from Guatamala, he missed his family back there terribly. He has adjusted and is a leader in our "You have a Voice" equity leadership club. He also helps students new to Randolph by giving them tours and helps them acclimate to the Randolph family.
