We’re so excited to share that this spring, more than 100 scholarships, adding up to over $148,000, have been awarded to LPS seniors across the district! Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, more than 80 students are getting help to continue their education after high school.

These scholarships, which range from $250 to over $5,000, will help students head to two- and four-year colleges, trade schools, and other post-secondary programs. Many of them are given in honor of outstanding teachers, coaches, and students who’ve made a big impact on the LPS community.

“Every year, the generosity of our community leads to a phenomenal impact on the lives of Lincoln Public Schools students,” said Natalia Wiita, President of the Foundation for Lincoln Public Schools. “These scholarships not only provide critical financial support but also send a powerful message to our students that their dreams are valued and within reach.”
