What does Spark cost?
The cost of Spark depends on your preferred registration. See our Pricing page for a full outline of registration options and the associated cost. A deposit of one week's registration and activity fee, plus a 3% processing fee is due at registration. When Spark begins, bi-weekly ACH bank withdrawals will commence.
Is financial assistance available?
Yes, Spark offers tuition assistance through scholarships and the child care subsidy program. Contact us with questions about applying for a scholarship or assistance at 402-436-1612.
What are my payment options?
The deposit due at registration may be paid via credit or debit card. All other payments for the program will be scheduled as automatic bank withdrawals (ACH) bi-weekly. If you enrolled for several drop in weeks, your payment will deduct from your account according to those time frames.
Please Note: A $20.00 fee will be assessed to your account if Spark receives notification of a return payment due to insufficient funds or unauthorized payment from your financial institution. If Spark receives two (2) returned payments due to insufficient funds, invalid or closed account notifications, or unauthorized payments, within one summer, your child may be removed from the program. Please refer to the Family Policy for further details on payment policy.
What is the payment schedule?
The 2020 Payment Schedule:
- · June 26 Withdrawal (Payment for June 22-July 3)
- · July 3 Withdrawal (Payment for July 6-July 17)
- · July 17 Withdrawal (Payment for July 20-July 31)
What is the cancellation/refund policy?
In the event you need to cancel your registration prior to the start of the program, two weeks (14 days) written notice and completion of the Program Withdrawal Form is required. Half (50%) of your deposit (less the nonrefundable activity fee) will be refunded and no additional charges will be processed. Credit card surcharges are never refunded.
