The State of Diversity at LPS

A Panel Discussion

Somya Mathur, Moderator

Somya Mathur is an organizational psychologist and an avid student of human behavior. She has earned her Master's degree in Organizational and Social Psychology from the London School of Economics.

Born and brought up in India, she has lived in four different countries in three different continents over the last decade in the field of Human Capital Management. Her work has enabled her to actualize her true passion in life - to see the world, understand it in all its diverse dimensions, and realize her true potential as an advisor to Fortune 500 companies. She has worked with companies like Deutsche Bank, IBM, Deloitte UK, Aon, and currently, she works with Qualtrics as a strategist.

Despite her travels, Somya has called Lincoln, Nebraska her home to raise her young daughter, Niya, with her husband Nick and his family who reside in the state. She values the midwestern philosophy of working hard with integrity and identifies with its simple but deep roots. In her free time, she likes being outdoors with her family, reading Dr. Seuss with her daughter, and traveling, at every chance possible.
