TCA Tuition Assistance Application

The Career Academy (TCA) Student Tuition Assistance Fund was established in 2015 by community and individual donors. The fund will provide tuition assistance for students enrolled at TCA. TCA provides quality career-focused programs that prepare students for continued education and employment that contributes to the economic growth of their community.

The fund will provide tuition assistance to students:

  • Enrolled and in good standing at TCA
  • Whose potential need is within 250% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines -- see chart below
  • Who do not qualify for Free and Reduced Meal Program, Access College Early (ACE) or the Learn to Dream Scholarship
  • All things being the same, preference will be given based on level of financial need

Committee: The scholarship recipient will be selected by the Foundation for Lincoln Public Schools with recommendations from The Career Academy Student Tuition Assistance Committee.

Payment: Tuition assistance will be paid each semester based on student enrollment and good standing. Verification will be provided by The Career Academy.
